Order Cancellation Policy
At Serzavo, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed or shipped. If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible and include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for your cancellation request (optional)
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, size, color, or other order details, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order enters processing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

- Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
