Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and carrier service.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €59. Shipping fees for orders below €59 will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
