30-Day Return Guarantee

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or shipped incorrectly:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift Cards
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Full Name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds
